BibleOps is an AI-powered Bible study curriculum generation service that creates comprehensive study materials based on user-provided preferences. Our service includes:

• 14 specialized study components generated by AI agents
• Customized curriculum for Bible passages, themes, or book studies
• Email delivery of downloadable PDF materials
• Temporary cloud storage for generated materials (7 days)

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using BibleOps, you acknowledge that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy

3. Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use BibleOps to:

• Generate Bible study curriculum for personal use
• Create materials for small group studies, Sunday school, or church groups
• Develop teaching resources for nonprofit religious education
• Facilitate individual or group Bible study and spiritual growth

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use BibleOps to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated materials as a product

• Use automated systems to mass-generate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

Generated Content

Materials generated through BibleOps are provided for your use under the following conditions:

• Personal/Church Use: You may freely use generated materials for personal study, small groups, Sunday school, and nonprofit church activities
• Attribution: We appreciate (but do not require) attribution to BibleOps when sharing materials
• Modification: You may modify generated materials to suit your specific needs
• No Resale: You may not sell generated materials as standalone products

BibleOps Platform

The BibleOps website, software, design, logos, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of BibleOps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Generated materials may reference methodologies from renowned Bible scholars (Gordon Fee, Douglas Stuart, Rick Warren, Jen Wilkin, etc.). These references are for educational purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or theological interpretations you disagree with
• Review Required: You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use

When you submit a generation request:

• Materials will be sent to the email address you provide
• Download links are valid for 7 days from generation
• Files are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days
• You are responsible for downloading and saving materials within this timeframe
• We cannot recover expired or deleted materials
• You may generate new materials at any time

7. Service Availability

BibleOps strives to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific generation times (typical: 6-12 minutes)
• Availability during maintenance or updates
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BibleOps is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (currently free)
